The Elastic Design Partner Program enables Elastic to work with select customers so that we can develop and test new or improved features and functions for Elastic products and services.

How We Handle Your Data

When you enroll, you also agree to give us access to your Elastic Cloud snapshot repository. By obtaining access to this data, we are able to identify certain types of indices, data types or configurations that can result in diminished or enhanced performance. We can also better spot trends in how our features are being used. This helps us direct our efforts and resources to help address our partner’s greatest needs.

Further, we commit that we will only use data for the development or testing of product features and functions. And we will not share your data with third parties. If data in your snapshot repository is identifiable to an individual, it may be deemed “personal data” or “personal information” under applicable data privacy laws. In such a case, we agree to maintain the confidentiality, security and integrity of that data in accordance with applicable data privacy and protection laws and with the applicable Elastic Cloud terms of service.

How To Leave the Program

If you wish to leave the Program, please email [email protected]. Promptly following termination of your enrollment in the Program, we will delete any data that we collected from you.
